When Polaris set out to enhance its Learning Area, it turned to Broker Direct, a trusted partner with proven ProductWriter expertise to bring its vision to life.
The Challenge
ProductWriter is a powerful platform, but making the most of its capabilities requires clear, accessible training that supports users at every level. As the UK’s most widely used rating engine, ProductWriter enables more than 100 insurers and MGAs to build, maintain and distribute insurance products across Personal and Commercial Lines.
To help users navigate the platform with greater confidence and maximise its capabilities, Polaris partnered with Broker Direct to develop an engaging and interactive Learning Area. Combining quizzes, interactive content and video-based training, the Learning Area transforms complex functionality into clear, accessible learning experiences that are easy to follow and apply.

Working in close collaboration, Broker Direct designed and produced a suite of high-quality training videos tailored specifically for the ProductWriter Learning Area.
