Why we created PolicyBrain?

At Broker Direct, we manage dozens of company policies and operating procedures from regulatory compliance, HR handbook through to insurer and agency TOBA’s. We recognise that it is unrealistic for everyone to know everything in every detail, yet colleagues needed quick, accurate answers. This led to frequent interruptions for managers, HR and compliance teams, taking up valuable time and potentially delaying responses to customers.

 To address this, we created PolicyBrain – an AI assistant that allows our staff to instantly access the exact information they need.
